" Hi, I am a Supply Chain Professional with more than 2 years of leadership experience, currently working in the FMCG business. From planning to transportation I have a diverse experience in supply chain. Currently I am working as a business planning leader at Procter & Gamble for Beauty, Health and Grooming categories in Caucasus and Central Asian Republics My role includes demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, end to end initiative and order management. Below you can find small glimpse into my achievements:

Turning data into dollars: At P&G, I took the charge of monthly business planning cycle, navigating the complexities of a fluctuating macroeconomic environment. By refining forecasting processes, I achieved a 57% improvement in accuracy, reduced non-performing inventories by 24% which resulted in $46M net savings in 6 months.

Leading Innovation: I lead an end-to-end initiative cycle and brought 32 new initiatives to the market just in first year of my business planner role. This is not just about launching a new product, our purpose is to capture the hearts of our loyal customer base and increase our market share. These new initiatives resulted in 20% increase in the market penetration and extra $1.8M revenue.

Building from the Ground Up: I had an incredible opportunity to establish a new market planning department which includes management of 7 countries in the Caucasus and Central Asia. In 6 months forecast accuracy went up by 57% and sales performance soared by 20% by collaboration with distributors.

Putting Customers First: I worked at Customer Supply Chain Department for 8 months and during this period I reduced customer complaints by 60%, earning special recognition from the CEO of our regional distributor. I also spearheaded digitalization projects that saved over 100 hours for our employees and boosted productivity of multifunctional teams.

Driving Sustainability: During my internship at transportation department, I optimized operations across 3 lanes, saving $450K in costs and cutting CO2 emissions in half.

I have a bachelor's degree in Economics and also I'm actively developing myself with supply chain courses. I have completed MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Analytics and now pursuing new knowledge opportunities in utilizing AI in the supply chain.

My Skills include: Machine Learning, SAP, SQL, TMS, Power BI, Power Apps and more. Besides those skills what truly sets me apart is my ability to connect dots between data, strategy and people.
